Our Team consists of well trained, highly skilled and decorated veteran investigators with over 40 years in law enforcement. We have earned our credibility on the proven law enforcement training ground of New York City. With diverse backgrounds, and a dedication to providing results, we lead the Private Investigative and Law Enforcement Consultant field.

N. Leader (Co-Founder) – a licensed New York State Private Investigator, Noel Leader brings his expertise and experience into the field of private investigation. A former member of the NYPD, Noel retired in the rank of Sergeant after over twenty years of service. Noel has worked with a number of civil rights organizations including the N.Y. Civil Liberties Union, Center for Constitutional Rights and the NAACP and is well known for his Expertise as a consultant for many national and international high profile cases.

J. Harper (Co-Founder) – currently a licensed New York State Private Investigator and retired at the rank of Lieutenant from the New York City Police Department with over twenty years of police experience. During his tenure he was a Detective and conducted investigations for some of the department’s top units. Julian has received numerous awards and certificates including the New York Daily News Hero award,   Julian continues to bring his knowledge, skills and sense of fairness to the private sector. Julian brings expertise in analyzing and critiquing Law Enforcement policy and procedures.

D. Delany (Co-founder) – retired from the New York City Police Department at the rank of Detective 2nd grade and is currently licensed a New York State as Private Investigator. Dino is an experienced investigator and knowledgeable in all aspects of policing including; information and intelligence gathering, undercover operations, mobile and static surveillance, wire tapping, informant development and management, arrest procedures, report preparation, interrogations, application and execution of search warrants, seizure and asset forfeitures. During his career in the of the Organized Control bureau, he worked jointly with federal, state and local authorities to facilitate multi-jurisdictional investigations and arrests. Dino is skilled at interrogations, witness location and courtroom preparations. He has also been deemed as an expert witness numerous times in trial proceedings and is proficient at delivering expert testimony.

E. Josey (Consultant) – retired from the New York City Police Department as an instructor in the police academy. During his career his assignments included the 28th precinct Detective squad, the Emergency Service Unit and the Police Academy, where he was a certified instructor in Police Science, Law and Tactical Training. He also worked as an Investigator in the Flagler County’s Sheriffs Office and has consulted for the N.A.A.C.P. in Flagler county Florida. Eric is our expert in the area of employment related investigations such as Equal employment opportunity complaints, discrimination & harassment violations. Eric expertise is in training staff how to recognize, gather document and then produce case files with information detailing violations between employee and employers. He has consulted unions and management how to effectively comply with federal, state and local law policy and procedures regulating, sexual harassment, housing, E.E.O. complaints and union member rights. Erics work now revolves around developing curriculum and training employees and agencies how to effectively document and collect evidence for E.E.O., harassment, retaliation and other workplace related violations in preparation for civil litigation.
